We offer a variety of competitively priced variable and fixed interest rate programs to fit our customers' needs and objectives. Panhandle-Plains Land Bank offers terms from 5 to 30 years in length, and fixed rates up to 20 years. Contact a loan officer for more information.

Variable Rates

The variable rate is 4.39 percent.

Fixed Rates

Fixed rates range from 4.25 for the 5 year fixed rate to 6.20 for the 20 year fixed rate. Fixed rates vary depending upon the prepayment option and term selected.
